Ashley Callister is Investment Lead at NorthX Climate Tech, where she joined in January 2022, shortly after its founding. She leads investment thesis development and due diligence across low carbon fuels and bio-based carbon management solutions, and co-leads NorthX's Wildfire Technology and Women in Climate Tech programs. She also leads data-driven industry intelligence work, including the Fueling the Future: Scaling Low Carbon Drop-In Fuels report, released earlier this year.

Previously, Ashley was Operations Manager at BC Bioenergy Network, where she worked to support the acceleration of biofuels research and deployment. She brings more than a decade of experience across climate innovation, fuels markets, and marine conservation to her work financing early-stage climate technology in British Columbia and beyond.
