Terms and Conditions
By registering for or attending the Canada Clean Fuels and Climate Markets Summit (CFCM 2026), you agree to the following terms.
Cancellations and Refunds. All registrations are final. Cancellations, substitutions, credits, or refunds are granted solely at the organizers' discretion. Changes to the event agenda, speakers, venue, timing, or format do not entitle attendees to a refund unless expressly approved in writing by the organizers.
Use of Name and Logo. By participating in CFCM 2026 as a sponsor, partner, speaker, delegate, or in any other official capacity, you authorize the organizers to use your organization's name, logo, and brand assets for event-related promotional and communications purposes. If you wish to opt out of this, please notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.
Event Changes and Force Majeure. The organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, format, speakers, or program content at any time. The organizers shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, cancellations, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Right to Refuse or Remove. The organizers may refuse admission to, or remove, any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, non-compliant, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Photography and Recording. By attending CFCM 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such materials may be used by the organizers for promotional and archival purposes without compensation to you.
Personal Belongings. Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the event. The organizers accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
