Dan is Managing Partner of Selkirk Advisory Group, an independent financial advisor and arranger of structured finance solutions for the alternative energy sector, specializing in project finance. Since inception, Selkirk has been mandated on more than $2.5 billion of transactions. Dan leads Selkirk's transaction execution team, as well as managing the strategic direction of the firm. Prior to Selkirk, Dan practiced law for 8 years in the Banking and Energy & Infrastructure groups of Torys LLP in Toronto. Over his career, Dan has advised developers, investors, lenders, First Nations, and other stakeholders on approximately $10 billion worth of transactions, including many clean fuel projects.
