Julien has been working as an economist in international financial institutions for the past 20 years. Before joining TD in 2022, he worked for ING Group in Brussels and Paris, contributing to ING’s thought leadership on ESG investment themes as well as financial and real estate market developments in the Eurozone.

At TD in Toronto, Julien has been covering carbon markets and internal carbon pricing strategies, working at the intersection of sustainable finance and carbon removal solutions, with a mission to equip the bank with the tools necessary to reach TD’s net-zero ambitions. In particular, Julien leads TD's operational emission program which involves TD's carbon dioxide removal portfolio management.

Julien holds two masters in economics and a global executive MBA from IESE Business School.
