Logan is an expert in Life-Cycle Analysis (LCA) of fuel systems in the Canadian fuels markets and has extensive experience evaluating and implementing carbon intensity (CI) applications, low-carbon fuel regulations, and land use and biodiversity criteria. On a technical level, he has worked with industrial processes, CI determinations and modeling, LCAs, and other areas related to renewable energy. He also has experience with staffing and training teams, presenting research and data to management and stakeholders, and collaborating across different departmental and industry levels. With Environment and Climate Change Canada, he was instrumental in developing and publishing Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations (CFR), a key sector driver towards 2030 emissions-reduction goals.
