Having held various roles at the Hamilton Oshawa Port Authority (HOPA) over the last decade, Michael's current focus is on energy and rail development projects across the HOPA portfolio in Niagara, Oshawa and Hamilton. For the past 18 months, his primary role was leading the restart of the former Biox Plant with Biidaaban Renewable Fuels and development of a Biodiesel ship bunkering facility in Port Colborne. Previous projects include bringing LNG Bunkering to the great lakes and biodiesel fuel rail transloading in Thorold.
