Peggy Sue Deaven is the General Manager for Canada at UNDO, where she leads the company's Canadian operations to scale enhanced rock weathering as a high-integrity carbon dioxide removal solution. Working at the intersection of agriculture, climate science, and corporate sustainability, she partners with farmers, researchers, businesses, and policymakers to accelerate durable carbon removal while delivering measurable environmental and economic benefits. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to building practical, scalable solutions that help address the climate crisis.

Before joining UNDO, Peggy Sue held leadership roles across Canada's climate innovation ecosystem. She served as Global Streams Recruitment Lead and Senior Venture Manager for the Carbon Removal Stream at Creative Destruction Lab, helping grow one of the world's leading climate technology accelerators and supporting initiatives including the CDL–XPRIZE partnership.

Previously, at the Centre for Social Innovation, she designed and launched Toronto's first climate-focused co-working space, Climate Ventures, to support emerging climate entrepreneurs.

Earlier in her career, she founded the award-winning Peggy Sue Collection Inc., a luxury fashion brand recognized for pioneering fully traceable, ethical, North American farm-to-fashion manufacturing—an experience that shaped her enduring focus on sustainable systems, supply chains, and environmental impact.

She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a B.F.A. in Apparel Design and also completed a minor in Italian language at Brown University.
