Rob Hamaliuk is Executive Director of Air and Climate Policy for the Government of Alberta, where he leads the development of air and climate policy, including industrial emissions policy. His team has designed and supports the implementation of Alberta’s Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction (TIER) system as well as previous industrial carbon pricing systems in Alberta. Rob holds a degree in chemistry and chemical engineering as well as an MBA in Natural Resource, Energy and Environment all from the University of Alberta.
