His role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication of complex climate concepts, strategies, initiatives, or challenges to diverse audiences.

With a strong scientific, technical, and environmental background, Thomas has deep expertise in climate change science, decarbonization strategies, energy systems, and compliance/voluntary carbon markets. He brings advanced knowledge in environmental accounting, and life cycle analysis (LCA), complemented by strong capabilities in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework.

Thomas is also a confident public speaker and skilled communicator, frequently translating technical insights into actionable strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. He supports the integration of sustainability into corporate growth, helping to identify opportunities that align environmental responsibility with financial performance.

Driven by a passion for the intersection of sustainability, finance, and strategic leadership, Thomas is currently pursuing an MBA at HEC Montréal.
